Looking Within

This week, not one, but two people struck up a conversation with me about "going within."... how so many of us are choosing to be inner directed and stop waiting for our outerscape to provide all the answers.
What resonances do we want to resonate with? And how do we find those...? By asking in meditation, reflection, quiet, focus, present moment. :)
